Welcome to Behavioral Systems Consulting™. By utilizing our Chronos Zenith scheduling system, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms of service.
- Services Provided: We provide automated scheduling and professional consulting services. By booking an appointment, you agree to provide accurate and current information.
- Cancellations & Rescheduling: We respect your time and ours. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance using the link provided in your confirmation email.
- Limitation of Liability: Behavioral Systems Consulting™ shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our systems or services.
- Governing Law & Modifications: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alaska, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of our scheduling system constitutes acceptance of those changes.

- Data Collection & Retention: We collect your name, email address, phone number, and company information strictly for the purpose of fulfilling your service requests and managing appointments. We retain this data only as long as necessary to provide these services.
- SMS & Email Communications: If you explicitly opt-in via our scheduling form, we use your contact data to send automated appointment reminders and relevant updates. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to any SMS message at any time to instantly opt-out, or reply HELP for assistance.
- Third-Party Sharing: We do not sell, rent, or lease your personal data to third parties. Data is only processed through secure API gateways (e.g., Make.com, Google Calendar, Twilio) strictly to execute the services you requested.
